Points:  Students receive "shout outs" in the form of points from staff members for exhibiting characteristics found in our Willoughby Middle School Culture Playbook.

Warrior of the Week:  As students earn shoutouts, they are entered into a weekly drawing to be recognized as one of three "Warriors of the Week."  One student per grade will be chosen.  Students are rewarded for their hard work, time on task, and commitment to our Culture Playbook by receiving a "shout out" on the announcements as well as a treat!

Quarterly Incentives:  Students who earn a predetermined number of shoutouts are invited to participate in whole-school incentive events to celebrate their hard work.
